宁波市中小学生视力不良状况调查

摘    要:为了解宁波市中小学生视力不良的发生率,以2010年浙江省学生体质调研数据为基础,对宁波市3085名中小学生视力进行了调查研究.结果表明:宁波市中小学生视力不良检出率为69.9%,其中男生为69.0%,女生为70.8%;城市学生视力不良检出率为71.2%,乡村学生为68.6%,可见城市学生的视力不良检出率高于乡村学生,并存在统计学意义(P<0.05);但这种城乡差异和2005年学生体质调研中得到的数据相比较,呈现弱化趋势;视力不良的检出率已不再有性别差异;在低年龄段和轻度视力不良程度内,视力不良检出率随年龄的增长突增期提前,中学学段是学生视力不良重灾区,同年龄段视力不良的检出率远超过2005年调查数据.

Abstract:To understand the poor vision problem distributed among primary and middle school students in Ningbo city,we surveyed 3085 students using the 2010’s data of students’ physical investigation.The results show that the poor vision performance in the primary and middle school is 69.9%,in which the rate of male students accounts for 69.0%,and 70.8% for the female students.The detection covers 71.2% of urban students,and 68.6% of rural students.It shows that the rate of vision deficiency in urban students is higher than rural students and it is statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing with the data of 2005,the difference between urban and rural areas is decreased.The detection rate of poor vision is almost equal in two genders,and urban-rural difference also shows diminishing trend.The difference is found only in younger juvenile age cohort with slightly poor vision.Middle school period is the time in which the poor vision problems are most serious,and the number of vision problems found in the same age cohort far exceeds that in 2005.
