机械法联络通道壁后注浆材料优化配比研究及应用

摘    要:机械法联络通道施工时将同步注浆和二次注浆结合为壁后注浆技术, 对注浆材料的初凝时间、抗压强度、收缩性能提出了更高的要求, 为此本文制备了由超细水泥、水玻璃、增黏剂、减水剂和絮凝剂等配制成的新型注浆材料, 通过试验获得其凝结时间、收缩、抗压(折)强度等性能指标, 并与相同组分普通硅酸盐水泥浆液的性能指标进行对比, 推荐了优化配合比. 结果表明: 相对于普通硅酸盐水泥双液浆, 新型双液注浆材料的初凝时间短, 固结收缩率小, 抗压强度高, 可以较好地应用于机械法联络通道施工注浆.

Abstract:Synchronous grouting and secondary grouting are combined into the technology of grouting following segment in the construction of mechanical connected aisle. Higher requirements are put forward for the initial setting time, compressive strength and shrinkage performance of grouting materials. In this paper, a new type of grouting material is prepared with superfine cement (SPC), water glass, tackifier, water reducer and flocculant. The setting time, shrinkage, compressive (folding) strength and other performance are obtained through the test. The performance of new grouting material is compared against the ordinary Portland cement (S) slurry. The recommended mixing ratio is proposed through the above experiments. The results show that, compared with ordinary Portland cement double liquid slurry, the new double liquid grouting material has shorter initial setting time, smaller consolidation shrinkage and higher compressive strength that can be applied to the construction of mechanical connected aisle grouting.
