| 摘 要： | 分析中小企业的发展过程可以发现其许多存在已久的弊病，它们已成为阻碍企业继续发展的重要因素。在加入WTO后，一些保护性政策将逐渐取消，国内中小企业原有的许多优势将与国外竞争对手所共有，原先不被重视的知识产权等问题的重要性却在逐步增加，所有这一切都要求中小企业必须要有新的思想和发展策略来应对即将到来的新的竞争。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the developing course of small and medium-sized enterprises, many chronic problems which prevent the enterprises from further development are pointed out. After China enters WTO, some protective measures will be abolished, original supesiority will be shared with rivals, while new factors which were once neglected by these enterprises, such as intellectual property right, show their greater significance. New ideas and strategy of developing are required for these enterprises to deal with the coming competitions. |
