地开石聚丙烯复合改性塑料研究

摘    要:本项研究以浙江省储量较富的地开石作为聚丙烯塑料的填料,以常规方法造粒、注塑成型后,对其力学性能、热性能和电学性能进行了系统的测试,并作为制品与聚丙烯塑料制品进行了比较。从总体上看,复合改性后的塑料的力学性能与纯聚丙烯塑料相差不大,但绝缘耐电压强度及热变形温度则略有提高。复合改性塑料的可电镀性及注塑制品的收缩性方面均优于纯聚丙烯塑料。

Abstract:The characteristics of polypropyrene dickite composite are first studied. Its mechanical,heat,and electric properties are systematically evaluated. It is found that its mechanical properties are as same as polypropyren plas- tics,but itshot deformation temperature and dielectric strength are higher, its injection contraction is less,and its electroplating ability is better than polypropyrene plastics.
