宁波市育龄女性健康状况及相关因素调查分析

采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法，调查了宁波市育龄女性健康状况及其相关因素，结果表明：宁波市育龄女性家庭人口数及常住人口数的众数为3;城镇家庭月收入在1000～3000元为30．4％，3000-5000元为28．8％，农村家庭月收入在1000～3000元为40．4％，3000～5000元为24．8％；育龄女性年龄为（36．55±7．67）岁；参加妇科检查的比例为77．7％；2周患病率为5.3％，自理能力失能或残障率为3．3％，活动性失能或残障率为8．5％，疼痛和不适失能或残障率为15．9％，视力失能或残障率为15．6％，认知能力失能或残障率为16．0％，睡眠和精力失能或残障率为28．6％，情绪失能或残障率为23．9％．调查结果认为宁波市育龄女性所在家庭基本处于核心家庭形式，家庭基本卫生条件较好，整体文化水平较高，躯体健康水平较高，而心理健康水平较低．

Analysis on Status Quo of Health and Related Factors for Women of Childbearing Age in Ningbo

To investigate health status in quo of women of childbearing age and related factors in Ningbo, a multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method is used to analyze the survey samples in order to carry out self-made survey on personal basic conditions, health status, reproductive status and health effects and other relevant factors concerning women of childbearing age in Ningbo. The statistical findings are as follows： In Ningbo, the mode index of local female resident population of childbearing age is 3, and the number of urban households with a monthly income of 1000-3000 yuan accounts for 30.4% and 3000-5000 yuan for 28.8%; the number of rural households with a monthly income of 1000-3000 yuan takes up 40.4% and 3000-5000 yuan 24.8% （χ^2=211.987, P=0.000）. The scope of childbearing age is found to be （36.55±7.67） years old; the percentage of women participating in the gynecological check-up is 77.7%. 2-week prevalence rate is 5.3%. Self-sufficiency rate of disability is 3.3%, active disability rate is 8.5%, pain and discomfort disability rate is 15.9%, visual disability rate is 15.6%, cognitive disability rate is 16.0%, the rate of sleep and energy owing to disability counts for 28.6%, emotional disability is rated for 23.9%. Based on the statistical outcomes, it is believed that： in Ningbo the families of women of childbearing age represent the majority of households. And in these families, better sanitation conditions can be identified, the overall educational level is above average, so is the health status in quo, whereas the mental health condition is found to be under average.
