| 摘 要： | 以2-氯吡嗪和对甲氧基苯甲醛为原料,经肼解、三氟乙酰化、闭环、氢化、缩合、脱保护基等一系列反应合成了新的稠合三唑衍生物:7-3-氨基-3-(4-甲氧苯基)丙酰基]-3-三氟甲基-5,6,7,8-四氢1,2,4]三唑并4,3-α]哌嗪,目标化合物及中间体经IR、NMR、MS予以确证.

| Abstract: | The fused triazole derivatives,which is an important inhibitors of the dipeptidyl peptidase-Ⅳ enzyme (DPP-Ⅳ inhibitors),can be used for the treatment or prevention of type 2 diabetes.A new fused triazole derivatives of 7-(3-amino-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propanoyl) -3-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro1,2,4] triazolo4,3-α]piperazine was synthesized from 2-chloropyrazine and 4-methoxy-benzaldehyde by hydrazinolysis,trifluoroacetylation,cyclization,hydrogenation,condensation and deprotection reaction.The structures of the titled compound and intermediates were determined by IR,NMR,and MS. |
