摘    要:采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定当归、黄芪以及两种药材以不同配伍形式的水煎液中铅、镉、铬的含量。比较了不同配伍形式的水煎液和采用不同提取方法时铅、镉、铬的溶出率的差异。结果表明,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法具有检测限低、干扰小、灵敏度高的优点。方法的回收率在94.8%~105.0%之间,相对标准偏差在1.2%~11.5%之间,且当归:黄芪为1:5时的水煎液中重金属溶出率最低,这与传统中药方剂当归补血汤配方相一致。

Abstract:A method for the determination of Pb. Cd.Cr in Danggui Buxue Decoction by GFAAS was studied, and the contents and the solubility of three heavy metals in the different decoction were compared. The recoveries of the procedure were between 94.8% and 105.0%. The RSDs were between 1.2% and 11.5%. The method with low detection limit and high selectivity was simple, rapid, precise, convenient and suitable for traditional Chinese medicine. The results indicated that the couple of Danggui Buxue decoction was reasonable.
