甜菊糖苷提取新方法

摘    要:以甜叶菊为基本原料,对甜叶菊中的甜菊糖苷的提取工艺条件进行优化,以提高甜菊糖苷的提取率,同时确定纤维素酶对甜菊糖苷提取率的影响。依据单因素和正交试验得出了获得最高甜菊糖苷提取率的条件是:料液比110,纤维素酶质量浓度0.2%,提取温度50℃,提取时间90min,溶液pH为5,该条件下的提取率为13.98%,比优化前高出了1.94%。

Abstract:With Stevia as the basic raw material,we optimized the stevioside extraction conditions,for the purpose of enhancing the extraction yield of stevioside,and at the same time,to determine the effect of cellulase on the extraction yield of stevioside.Based on a single factor and orthogonal test,the conditions about maximum extraction rate of stevia were obtained,where the solid-liquid ratio and the cellulase enzyme concentration were 1:10 and 0.2% respectively,at the temperature 50 ℃ and under pH=5 for 90 mins.The extraction rate of stevioside under the optimal conditions was 13.98%,which was 1.94% higher than before.
