脑缺血再灌流后大鼠海马锥体细胞和星形胶质细胞的体视学

摘    要:为了研究脑缺血再灌流后海马锥体细胞和星形胶质细胞的变化,选取24只SD大鼠,随机分为对照组、缺血再灌流后6、12、24 h组,采用Nissl染色,GFAP免疫组织化学方法并应用体视学参数分别对海马CA1、CA3区锥体细胞和星形胶质细胞进行形态学定量分析.结果显示,海马CA1、CA3区锥体细胞体积密度(Vv)和表面积密度(Sv)随着缺血再灌流后存活时间的延长而减小,与对照组相比,6 h组显著降低(P<0.05),12 h组和24 h组极显著降低(P<0.01);而海马区星型胶质细胞的Vv、Sv却随缺血再灌流后存活时间的延长而加大,与对照组相比,6 h组无显著性差异(P>0.05),12、24 h组具极显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.01);同组海马CA1和CA3区,以及同组同一海马区域左右两侧比较,锥体细胞和星形胶质细胞Vv、Sv均无显著性差异(P>0.05).以上结果表明,海马CA1、CA3区锥体细胞随着缺血再灌流时间的延长受损加重,而星形胶质细胞功能趋于活跃且与锥体细胞损伤密切相关.
