降解焦化废水的微生物菌种的分离筛选鉴定

摘    要:焦化废水是一种典型的含有难降解有机污染物的工业废水.本论文以南昌钢铁有限责任公司焦化厂的焦化废水为源水,对其进行微生物的培养、分离,以源水中CODcr降解率为指标筛选得到2个高效菌种,分别编号为W1、W3.对CODcr为290mg/l的源水进行48h降解,经测试W1的降解率为36.2%、W3的降解率为56.9%.并根据菌种的个体形态、菌落特征初步鉴定W1为链霉菌属,W3为酵母属.

Abstract:Coke plant wastewater is a typical type of industry wastewater including disdegraded organic contaminant. The water sample of this thesis is the coke plant wastewater from nanchang iron and steel company. Through microbial cultivation and seperation of the sample , two high efficient strains have been abtained considering the degrading rate of CODer. The two strains are named W1 and W3 respectively. When CODer of the coke wastewater is 290 rag/ 1,through the degradation of 48 h ,the degrading rate of CODcr by Strain W1 is 36.2% ,the degrading rate of CODcr by Strain W3 is 56.9%. According to morphology and colony characteristics ,the strain W1 is identified to be streptomyces and the strain W3 is saccharomycetes .
