| 摘 要： | 采用辐射强度为0.9～6.9 V/m电脑为辐射源,研究电脑辐射对雄性大鼠体重、性器官重量、精子畸形率和繁殖功能的影响.结果表明:1.电脑电磁辐射能显著降低雄性大鼠体重、睾丸、附睾、包皮腺、精囊腺和前列腺重量,除包皮腺达到显著水平外P<0.05,其余均达到极显著水平P<0.01;2.可明显提高雄性大鼠的精子畸形率P<0.01,且大鼠精子畸形率随着辐射时间的延长而上升;3.与接受辐射的雄性大鼠交配的雌鼠,其活胎率明显降低.

| Abstract: | The reproductive toxity of male rats radiated by 0.9~6.9 V/m radiation which come from a computer was studied.The results showed that the computer electromagnetic radiation can inhibit the increases of body weight,testis,epididymis,prepuce gland,seminal vesicle and prostate.It can also improve significantly the frequency of sperm deformity of rats and the frequency of sperm deformity rise with increasing radiation time.The frequency of living embryo produced by the female rats which were mated with the male... |
