氨基的脱保护——乙酰苯胺水解实验教学设计*

摘    要:通过开放性设计实验完成氨基脱保护实验的教学。指导学生以回收的乙酰苯胺为原料,自主设计乙酰苯胺在酸、碱条件下水解正交实验方案并分组独立操作,制备并提纯苯胺,比较不同条件下的苯胺收率,筛选出乙酰苯胺最佳的水解条件。对所选实验班级近3年的实验结果进行统计和分析,并通过验证实验考察了结果的可重复性。

Abstract:The paper described an instructional design of deprotection of amino group through open experimental design.The students were encouraged to design and carry out the orthogonal experiments of acetanilide hydrolysis under acidic or basic conditions in groups,using recycled acetanilide as the starting material to prepare aniline as the product.The optimal condition and procedure of the experiments were confirmed by comparing the yields of the hydrolysis under different conditions.The results of the experiments conducted by students in the past 3 years were summarized and analyzed,and the repeatability of the results was investigated by verification experiments.
