| Abstract: | People pay much attention to the poisoning of industry salts. This paper makes a comparison between table salt and industrial salts, latter contain NaNO 2, introduces the harm of industrial salts to human health, the causes of poisoning and the preventing measures, and discusses the methods to distinguish table salt and industrial salts. |
