| Abstract: | A titrimetric method for the determination of iron(III) in the presence of copper is presented. This method involves the reduction of iron(III) with titanous sulphate followed by titration with dichromate. It has been successfully used for the determination of iron in both leach solutions and copper concentrates with a relative error of 1%. |
