摘    要:采用不同方法合成了钛硅分子筛TS-1,Raman光谱表征表明,不同方法合成的TS-1分子筛中钛的分散状态不同,当钛的含量低于1.5%,不同方法合成的TS-1中的钛主要以高分散状态存在,当钛含量达到2.0%以上时,不同方法合成的钛硅分子筛中钛的分散状态显著不同,其中以TiCl3合成的分子筛中骨架钛的含最高,而杂晶相锐钛矿含量最低,同时催化氯丙烯环氧化活性也最高,而以正钛酸四丁酯为钛源,在静止态下晶化的钛硅分子筛中锐钛矿含量最高,催化活性最低。

Abstract:Titanium silicalite 1 (TS 1) zeolite is synthesized by different methods. Raman spectroscopic characterization shows that titania species in TS 1 prepared by different methods are different. When the titania content in the zeolites is less than 1 5%, titania species is present only as highly dispersed framework titania TiO x in all zeolite samples. Further increasing the titania content in the zeolites to or over 2 0%, both highly dispersed framework titania TiO x and extra framework titania exist in the zeolites prepared with tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source. Only trace amount of anatase is found in the zeolites prepared with TiCl 3 as starting material when the titania content is about 2 20%. Catalytic epoxidation of allyl chloride reveals that titanium silicalites prepared from TiCl 3 have the highest activity.
