水浸对含钕熔铁氨合成催化剂的影响

摘    要:已有熔铁氨合成催化剂中添加稀土的报道.我们通过添加稀土得到了几种活性较高的催化剂,经进一步改进制备工艺(水浸处理后),活性又有所提高.本文利用XRD和AES等,对经水浸前后的含稀土催化剂的结构进行了测试,探讨了水浸后活性提高的原因.

Abstract:Fused iron catalyst containing Nd2O3 for ammonia synthesis soaked in water at 343 K for a given time (0.5-2 hour) has been studied before and after reduction by means of XRD and SEM. It is found that after soaking in water the crystal phase of NdFeO3 is not changed. The inverse spinel structure of Fe3O4 is damaged to a certain extent, and the small particles of Fe3O4. increase remarkably. The structural change of the catalyst is duo to the dissolution of potassium from the catalyst into the water. The activity of the catalysts is increased by water soaking treatment.
