摘    要:近年来,CO/H_2催化合成低碳混合醇的研究受到广泛的关注。低碳混合醇可作为掺合汽油的助溶剂、燃料和代油品,一经分离则是非常重要的化工原料,应用价值很大。催化剂是合成过程的关键,七十年代以来该领域研究取得很大进展,如美国Dow公司开发的MoS_2体系,意大利Sham公司研制的“甲基燃料”合成催化剂及法国IFP开发的混合氧化物型“乙基燃料”合成催化剂等,引起人们的极大重视。催化剂的表面

Abstract:The Cu-Co-Fe catalysts for lower alcohols synthesis were prepared,and the nature of the" interaction between catalyst components was studied by XRD,EDS and TG-DTA-DTG techniques.XRD spectra of samples show that the phase structure is composed of CuO,Co3O4 and Fe2O3,and a weak XRD pattern is observed for the sample prepared by coprecipita-tion at lower temperature.The catalytic activity for alcohol synthesis from CO/H2 is probably correlated with the state of iron oxide and the content of Co or.the surface.Two kinds of interaction are verified by XRD and TG-DTA-DTG methods.The dispersion of iron oxide is believed for the sample with lower content of Fe.A new XRD pattern is attributed to CoFe2O4,which is formed by the interaction between Co3O4 and Fe2O3 under retreatment conditions.The CoFe2O4 improves the selectivity for alcohol synthesis,but it causes the content of Co on the surface decreases and the reduction becomes difficult.
