摘    要:利用XRD和BET比表面测定等手段对钌催化剂进行了表征 .研究结果表明 ,催化剂的活性与Ru原子的分散度和Ru微晶的晶粒度有关 ,Ru微晶在 5nm左右 ,催化剂活性最好 .催化剂合适的孔径分布范围为 2 5nm~ 70nm ,平均孔径大者 ,选择性较好 .孔的有效表面积大者 ,活性较好

Abstract:The characterization of supported Ru catalysts prepared by impregnation for selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene has been carried out by means of XRD and measurement of BET surface area. It was found that the dispersion of Ru and the size of Ru crystallite are responsible for the activity of the supported Ru catalysts. As the size of Ru crystallite is about 5 nm, the catalysts exhibit the best activity. In addition, it is shown that the suitable pore size distribution of the catalysts is between 25 nm and 70 nm. The selectivity toward cyclohexene of the catalysts increases with the rise of the average pore size and the activity of catalysts rises with increasing the BET surface area of the useful pores.
