摘    要:乙酸乙酯是重要的化工原料,它是油漆、人造制革等的溶剂,也是制药、染料、香料等基本有机合成的原料。工业上乙酸乙酯多采用硫酸法间歇生产,存在着设备腐蚀、环境污染、生产不连续、选择性差、最高收率只有70%左右等缺点。近年来有人用分子筛、固载杂多酸为催化剂进行气相合成,活性高,选择性好,但存在着催化剂易流失,原料需汽化到150℃,产品酸值和醇含量不易控制等缺点。我们采用饱和1:12系

Abstract:The continuous process for the synthesis of ethyl acetate by the es-terification of ethyl alcohol and acetic acid catalyzed by heteropoly acid catalysts was studied. Many homogeneous, heterogeneous and supported heteropoly acid catalysts were tested, and the results showed that their activity and selectivity were very high. The life of the catalysts could last more than 90 days.
