NixB/沸石催化剂的分散性和反应性

摘    要:用晶内形成法制备了Ni_xB/沸石催化剂,用饱和氢化学吸附法结合TEM方法考察了负载金属的分散性,并研究了其己环烷脱氢反应性。结果表明,Ni_xB/沸石样品上负载金属的分散性高,金属粒径分布也相对集中;金属负载量、载体结构和性质以及Ni_xB的制备条件对负载金属的分散性有明显影响。Ni_xB/沸石样品呈现较好的环己烷脱氢反应性。

Abstract:The intracrystalline formation method was adopted to prepare the NixB/zeolite catalysts. Hydrogen chemisorption and TEM were used to detect the dispersion of the supported metal, normally, a highly dispersed metal supported system was obtained. The reactivity of the catalysts for the dehydrogenation of cyclohoxane was studied by using a pulse micro-reactor. In addition to the high metal dispersion, the distribution of metal particle size was found to be more concentrated for NUB/ZSM-5 zeolite as compared with that of the impregnated Ni/ZSM-5 catalyst. Furthermore, the influence of some factors, such as the metal loading, the structure and properties of support and the preparation conditions of NixB, on metal dispersion of NUB/zeolite catalysts was discussed. The NixB/zeolite showed relatively good catalytic behavior for dehydrogenation of cyclohexane.
