5A分子筛负载纳米镍铈粒子在气相苯加氢反应中的催化活性

摘    要:将纳米镍铈粒子负载到5A分子筛上制成负载型催化剂,用气相苯加氢反应考察其催化活性,并通过SEM和XRD技术检测反应前后催化剂上纳米金属粒子的分散及晶相变化情况。与非负载型纳米镍铈粒子催化剂进行比较,结果显示二者的催化活性与纳米镍铈粒子的储氢特性及表面层中铈镍合金的存在有关。

Abstract:The supported nano NiCe/5A catalyst was prepared by physical method, the nano NiCe particles were produced with H 2 arc plasma method. The catalytic activity of the supported catalyst was studied in gas phase C 6H 6 hydrogenation. The dispersion and crystal phase of the supported nano NiCe particles before and after reaction were measured by SEM and XRD. Compared with unsupported nano NiCe particles, it was showed that the catalytic activity of the supported catalyst was related to the H 2 storage property and the existence of CeNi alloy. The support 5A did not promote the catalytic activity but decreased it. In addition, the supported catalyst possessed high selectivity for cyclohexane and high stability in benzene hydrogenation.
