摘    要:制备了一系列不同Na的含量的Na-W-Mn/SiO2催化剂,并进行了它们的甲烷氧化偶联制乙烯反应性能的评价和XPS,XRD表征。研究结果发现,由于Na的表面富集引起了W和Mn向表面迁移,从而在催化剂表面形成了活化和选择氧化甲烷的Na-O-Mn和Na-O-W活性中心,这表明Na是甲烷高转化率和乙烯高选择性必不可少的活性组分。

Abstract:Na W Mn/SiO 2 catalysts with different sodium content (%) were prepared and their catalytic performance for the oxidative coupling of methane had been investigated. XPS and XRD results indicated that Na enriched on the surface of the catalysts might lead to the migration of W and Mn from the bulk to the surface. The active sites of activating CH 4, Na O Mn and Na O W species, were formed on the surface of Na W Mn/SiO 2 catalysts. These results confirmed that the sodium was an essential active component for high CH 4 conversion and C 2H 4 selectivity.
