| Abstract: | Thiouracil‐containing depsipeptides were produced via one‐pot four‐component condensation/Passerini tandem reaction of thiouracil, 2‐chloroacetic acid derivatives, ketones, and isocyanides in ionic liquid as green reaction media in high yields. |
