溶剂热法合成CuInS2微球及表征

摘    要:以CuCl2·2H2O为铜源,InCl3·4H2O为铟源,硫脲为硫源,乙醇为溶剂在160℃水热反应12h合成了花状CuInS2,利用SEM、EDX、X射线和ICP对其形貌及结构进行表征,并讨论了不同溶剂对产物形貌的影响.

Abstract:In this paper,CuInS2 is prepared under the solvothermal condation for 12 h at 160 ℃,and using CuCl2·2H2O as the Cu source,InCl3·4H2O as the In sourcce,thiourea as the S source,ethanol as the dissolvent.The production is characterization with the SEM,ICP,EDS and X rays analysis,and the effect of the different solvent is also discussed.
