摘    要:采用火试金预富集Al_2O_3基催化剂中的铂,硝酸-盐酸溶解贵金属,并利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定Al_2O_3基催化剂中的铂。实验研究了配料方案、灰吹条件,并讨论了测定过程中存在的元素干扰,用于测定实际样品中铂,其加标回收率在97.7%~102%,相对标准偏差0.97%~2.7%。方法操作简单,准确实用,适用于实际样品分析。

Abstract:An inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) method was used for the determination of platinum in alumina-based catalysts. The samples were preconcentrated by fire assay and dissolved in nitric acid-hydrochloric acid medium. Proportion scheme of fire assay method and cupellation condition were studied. The coexisting element interference during determination was discussed. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the recovery was in the range of 97.7%~102.0%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 3%. The results showed that this method can meet the requirements of routine analysis of platinum in alumina-based catalysts.
