离子色谱法同时测定那屈肝素钙中氯离子和硫酸根离子的含量

建立了一种抑制电导检测器离子色谱法同时测定那屈肝素钙中氯离子和硫酸根离子含量的方法。采用强阴离子交换柱,3 mmol/L碳酸钠溶液为流动相,流速2.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样量25μL,检测器为配有化学抑制器的电导检测器。结果表明,氯离子和硫酸根离子在1~20μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,氯离子线性方程为y=0.1314x-0.0081,线性相关系数R²=0.9999;硫酸根线性方程为y=0.123x-0.0098,线性相关系数R²=0.9998。那屈肝素钙中氯离子和硫酸根离子的平均回收率均为101%,检出限为0.01μg/mL。方法具有操作简单、线性范围良好、检出限低等优点,可作为那屈肝素钙中氯离子和硫酸根离子的质量控制方法。

Determination of Chloridion and Sulfate Ion Content in Nadroparin Calcium by Ion Chromatography

To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chloridion and sulfate ion content in Nadroparin Calcium by Ion Chromatography with suppression conductivity detector.A strong anion exchange column was used,with 3 mmol/L sodium carbonate solution as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 2.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 25μL.The results show that the chloridion and sulfate had a good calibration linear ship in the range of 1—20μg/mL,the linear equation of chloridion was y=0.1314x-0.0081,R²=0.9999;and the linear equation of sulfate was y=0.123x-0.0098,R²=0.9998.The average recoveries of chloride and sulfate in nadroparin calcium were 101%,and the detection limit was 0.01μg/mL.This method has the benefits of easy operation,good linear range,and low detection limit.It can be used as the quality control method of chloridion and sulfate ion in Nadroparin Calcium.
