摘    要:建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定焙烧氰化尾渣中银的分析方法。试样经盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸溶解,在盐酸介质中实现银含量的准确测定。利用氢氟酸破坏硅酸盐结构可溶解样品中硅酸盐类的特点,通过多种酸配合溶解,解决了氰化尾渣焙烧后出现硅酸盐包裹银元素,进而导致测定结果严重偏低的问题。研究表明,样品经拟定的方法处理,方法检出限为0.003 0mg/L;加标回收率98.90%~101.1%。此方法能满足焙烧氰化尾渣中银含量测定。

Abstract:An analytical method was proposed to determine silver in roasting cyanidation slag by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were first treated by hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid, and then in hydrochloric acid medium, the silver content were accurately determined. Hydrofluoric acid was used to destroy silicate structures, which allows the dissolution of silicate in the sample and a variety of acids were also used to assist dissolving other components of sample. Using above sample pretreatment method, the problem of the determination values seriously lower than actual values, which caused by the coexistent of silver element in the roasting cyanide tailings, was solved. The study showed that using the proposed method, the detection limit was 0.003 0 mg/L and the recoveries were in the range of 98.90%~101.1%. This method can satisfy the requirement for determination of silver in roasting cyanidation slag.
