摘    要:采用直接测汞仪-土壤标准物质绘制工作曲线法测定土壤中的汞,样品无需前处理,减小了系统误差和基体干扰。绘制的低、高浓度标准曲线线性相关系数分别是0.9999和0.9997,可以准确测定汞含量在0~300ng范围内的样品,准确度高,重现性和稳定性好,相对标准偏差小于2.2%,符合土壤的检测要求,适用于大批量土壤样品的检测。

Abstract:The direct mercury analyzer - soil reference material drawing working curve method was used to determine mercury in soil. The sample did not need pretreatment, which reduced the systematic error and matrix interference. The correlation coefficients of low and high concentration standard curves drawn by this method are 0.9999 and 0.9997, respectively. The method can accurately determine samples with mercury content in the range of 0-300ng. It has high accuracy, good reproducibility and stability, and its precision is less than 2.2%. It meets the requirements of soil detection and is suitable for the detection of large quantities of soil samples.
