| 摘 要： | 电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法越来越多地应用于各类分析检测中。与传统方法比较,ICP-OES法测定非金属元素具有一定的优势。综述了ICP-OES法测定非金属元素硫、磷、硼、硅、硒、砷、碲、碳和卤素的最新应用进展,提出了ICP-OES法测定非金属元素存在的问题及发展方向。

| Abstract: | ICP-OES has been increasingly used in various types of analytical detections. This method has some advantages over traditional methods in the determination of non-metal elements. A review on the latest development of ICP-OES applications in determination of non-metal elements, i.e., S, P, B, Si, Se, As, Te, C and halogen elements was given in this paper. The existing problems were described and future development directions were also proposed. |
