微波消解-ICP-MS测定电镀污泥中的重金属

摘    要:采用微波消解系统对某电镀污泥进行消解,利用ICP-MS对污泥中的重金属进行测定。称取制备后样品,置于消解罐中充分反应后,赶酸、定容后利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。电镀污泥中的铬为18845.2mg/kg、镉为10.3mg/kg、镍为5200.0mg/kg、铅为189.7mg/kg、铜为3271.7mg/kg、锌为49632.6mg/kg。测定结果表明所检测项目工作曲线线性关系好,相关系数r均大于0.999。铬加标回收率在91.6~97.7%之间、镉加标回收率在92.0~97.0%之间、镍加标回收率在95.1~98.0%之间、铅加标回收率在94.3~95.2%之间、铜加标回收率在97.1~102%之间、锌加标回收率在96.3~98.7%之间,均满足相关测定要求。计算的潜在生态危害系数、潜在生态危害指数结果表明,电镀污泥中的铬、镉、铅、铜、锌为轻微生态危害,镍为强生态危害;潜在生态危害指数RI计算值为216.69,属于中等生态危害。

Abstract:A microwave digestion system was used to digest a certain electroplating sludge, and the heavy metals in the sludge were determined by ICP-MS. Weigh the prepared sample, place it in the digestion tank and fully react, drive away the acid, and determine the volume by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The chromium in the electroplating sludge is 18845.2mg/kg, cadmium is 10.3mg/kg, nickel is 5200.0mg/kg, lead is 189.7mg/kg, copper is 3271.7mg/kg, and zinc is 49632.6mg/kg. The measurement results show that the working curve of the tested items has a good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient r is greater than 0.999. The standard recovery rate of chromium is between 91.6-97.7%, the standard recovery rate of cadmium is between 92.0-97.0%, the standard recovery rate of nickel is between 95.1-98.0%, and the standard recovery rate of lead is between 94.3-95.2%. The recovery rate of copper standard addition is between 97.1% and 102%, and the recovery rate of zinc standard addition is between 96.3% and 98.7%, which all meet the relevant measurement requirements. The calculated potential ecological hazard coefficient and potential ecological hazard index results show that the chromium, cadmium, lead, copper, and zinc in the electroplating sludge are minor ecological hazards, and nickel is a strong ecological hazard; the calculated potential ecological hazard index RI is 216.69, belonging to Moderate ecological hazard.
