无烟煤型焦的成焦机理研究

摘    要:研究了不同煤阶无烟煤添加粘结剂冷压成型的型焦质量及其与粘结剂的成焦机理。利用X射线衍射光谱(XRD),电子顺磁共振(ESR)、孔结构,扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,对不同煤阶无工焦配料在加热过程中的微观结构变化进行了分析。

Abstract:This paper studied different oxidation surfaces and modified surface of coal-pyrite, which was collected from Zhongliangshan ore in Chongqing, by using X-ray diffraction(XRD) It is found that with increasing pyrite surface oxidation its oxidized products are FeS x , FeS and S 0, and then, the area of fresh surface will decrease On the contrary , if the oxidates on FeS 2 surface is reduced to hydrophilic S 2- using different methods, the desulphurization efficiency will be gradually improved Different XRD data of surface modification products were given out Three reduction waysactive metal powder, C 6H 6O 3, and electrylic reductionall tended to the same result of pyrite surface modification Surface products in different electrochemical conditions were also deduced from XRD data before and after modification It provided a theoretical foundation for the separation of coal-pyrite in flotation
