煤中矿物质对NO—半焦还原反应的影响

摘    要:选用四种不同煤阶的煤,经过HCl/HF脱灰处理制得四种脱灰煤,950度下热解制得原煤半焦和脱灰煤半焦,在石英固定床的以应器上于常压条件下400度-900度的温度范围内考察比较了原煤半焦和脱灰煤半焦半焦还原NO的反应性,研究了煤中矿物质 对NO-半焦还原反 的机理和反就动力学的影响,结果发现,煤中的矿物质一般对NO-半焦反应具有一定的催化作用,催化作用的大小与矿物质的含量和组成有关,钠,铁和钙等是矿物质中活性分,对NO-半焦反应具有催化作用,半焦还原NO的反应存在明显的双温区现象,低温反应机理与高温反应机理不同,活化能有明显差异。

Abstract:The NO-char reduction in the presence and absence of mineral matter was studied. Four Chinese coals with different ranks from lignite to anthracite were demineralized with HC1/HF and the chars were prepared by devolatilizing the deashed coals and their original coals in a quartz fluidized-bed reactor. NO reduction by the resulting chars was conducted in a quartz fixed bed at atmospheric pressure. The results showed that alkali metal Na and alkali earth metal Ca catalyzed the NO-char reaction significantly. However, the catalytic effect of Fe in the mineral matter was weak due to the inhibition of inert composition. Kinetics data of NO-reaction reduction by coal chars in the presence and absence of mineral matter were obtained. Two temperature regimes were found in the NO-char reaction, which suggested the mechanism shift in the transition temperature.
