摘    要:为提高F-T过程的汽油收率,本研究开发了一种新型工艺过程,即由合成气先转化为低碳烯烃,再将烯烃在HZSM-5分子筛上转化为高辛烷值汽油。利用超细粒子并选用适当的助剂提高了F-T过程的反应活性,选择性和热稳定性。考察了几种前躯物及助剂Mn,Zn,Mg对F-T合成的影响。由实验结果确认采用Fe/Mn草酸复盐作前躯物,经超细化处理后制得的8805催化剂活性高,选择性好,几项主要指标均已超过国内外同类催化剂水平。

Abstract:A new process for increasing gasoline yield with high octane number has been developed, which consists of F- T synthesis to produce low carbon olefins from syngas followed by olefin conversion over HZSM - 5 molecular sieve catalyst. The activity, olefin selectivity and thermal stability of F -T catalyst can be improved by using ultrafine particle with a suitable promoter. The effect of some precursors and different additives such as Zn and Mg on catalyst performance in F- T synthesis reaction was studied. The results show that a catalyst 8805 with high activity and olefin selectivity can be prepared by using oxalate complex as precursor and forming ultrafine particle, and its main characteristics as a F- T synthesis catalyst is better than that of all other similar F-T catalysts.
