摘    要:利用程序升温还原 (TPR)技术 ,研究了ZrO2 对Co/Al2 O3、Mo/Al2 O3、Mo -K/Al2 O3以及Co -Mo -K耐硫变换催化剂氧化还原性能的影响。结果表明 ,ZrO2 的引入 ,使活性组分在载体表面分散的更好 ,促进了Mo -K活性相的形成 ,使Co和Mo的还原变得容易 ,并起到抑制催化剂在反应中被重新氧化的作用。

Abstract:Using the technique of TPR, the effect of ZrO2 on the oxidation and reduction of Co/Al2O3, Mo/Al2O3, Mo-K/Al2O3 and Co-Mo-K sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts wre studied The results show that due to the addition of ZrO2, the dispersion degree of the active composition on the surface is increased, the amount of surficial Co3 and Co2 is increased, and the formation of Mo-K active phase is promoted It is also found that the reduction of Co and Mo becomes easy, the inverse sulfuration of catalysts is restrained, the amount of Mo-K active phase and the initial reductive temperature of catalyst play key roles for activity of catalyst
