C306型甲醇合成催化剂制法研究及其工业效果

摘    要:对甲醇合成催化剂的铜锌母体及氧化铝载体的制备方法进行研究,结果表明:新方法制备的母体呈现较多的(Cu,Zn)2CO3(OH)2晶相,其样品表面的Cu/Zn比值较高,使样品催化活性提高10-28%,新方法制备的载体使样品具有较大的比表面,而分别使活性提高8-16%,更使其过热后活性提高26%-55%,由此研究开发的C306型甲醇合成催化剂,代替从德国或丹麦进口的产品,迅速推广应用到15甲醇厂,总生产能力达880kt/a,获得显著的增产节能效果。

Abstract:New methods for the preparation of the Cu ,Z n-containing precursor and alumina support of methanol synthesis catalyst have been investigated. It has been found that the new precursor thus prepared has m ore (Cu,Zn) 2CO 3(OH) 2 phase than the classical one, and the catalyst prepar ed by using the new precursor shows higher surface Cu/Zn ratio and higher cataly tic activity. Based on the extensive research, a new catalyst C306 for methanol synthesis has been developed and commercialized.
