摘    要:烟气脱硫后的V2O5-CoO/AC催化 吸附剂在H2气氛下再生,并将再生尾气连续返回反应器,可以同时达到再生和资源化制备硫磺的目的。着重考察了不同情况下H2循环再生后V2O5-CoO/AC的二次脱硫活性,结果表明,硫磺制备要求系统中的硫在固相和气相之间发生多次形态转变,再生后催化-吸附剂上的残余硫使二次脱硫活性有所下降。主要原因是催化-吸附剂上的残余硫占据了脱硫所需的微孔,增加了表面酸量。再生后的H2吹扫可以将部分残余硫以H2S的形式赶出,提高二次脱硫硫容。NH3表面改性也可以降低表面酸量,提高二次脱硫硫容。

Abstract:Elemental sulfur can be produced simultaneously during H2-regeneration of SO2-adsorbed V2O5-CoO/AC catalyst-sorbent when effluent gas of the regeneration is recycled back to the reactor. SO2 removal activities of the catalyst-sorbents after the regeneration under different conditions were studied in detail.
