摘    要:考察了数种无机电解质对煤浆分散体系流变特性的影响。结果发现,煤浆的流变特性不仅与电解质种类有关,还取决于煤质特征。某些煤适,适量的无机电解质可使浆体的屈报胀塑料转化为屈服假塑性。

Abstract:The regulating action of several inorganic electrolytes on properties of coal water slurries with different coals were systematically investigated in detail The results indicated that electrolytes are of great importance in regulating the rheological behaviour of the slurry, however, their regulating behaviour upon coal water slurry is strongly dependent on both electrolyte compositions, especially its contained cations, and the properties of coals For some kinds of coals, the dilatant behaviour of their slurries could be easily changed and transferred into the pseudoplastic behaviour, the electrolytes with twovalence cations are much better than those with threevalence cations because they cause no sharp rise in slurry viscosity while changing the slurry rheological behaviour On the contrary, for some kinds of coals, the addition of any kind of electrolytes investigated resulted in a much stronger dilatant behaviour in their slurries It was also observed that some electrolytes are effective in improving the slurry rheological beahviour even at low critical concentrations but detrimental to slurry stability, while some electrolytes favour the slurry stability but harm the rheological behaviour
