显微组分对粉煤燃烧的影响

摘    要:本文对七种粉煤样及其富显微组分煤样的显微组分分析结果的研究发现,显微组分及其微成分在煤中分布不均匀,且分布与煤的变质程度有关。煤的挥发分并不体现占优势显微组分的特征,因此显微组分对粉煤的着火影响不大。通过扫描电镜观察和分析表明,焦颗粒形态可分为四种,并与显微组分和变质程度有关。对其中三种煤九组样的焦的比表面和平均孔径测量表明,它们之间有近似反比的关系,微成分对同一煤的不同粉煤颗粒的比表面存在影响。

Abstract:Based on maceral analysis of seven types of coals with their maceral-rich sam-ples, it is found that the distribution of the macerals and submacerals is not uniform in coaland related with the coal rank.The volatile does not apears in the roles of the maceral.Thus, the ignition is not affected by the macerals. The observation by SEM and analysisshow that the morphology of the char particles may be divided into four types and it is relat-ed with the maceral and the rank. The results obtained from nine char samples coming fromthree coal reveaI that SSA has a approximately inverse relation with APD and the SSA of thedifferent particles coming from the same coal is influenced by the submacerals.The resultsof the combustion experement in drop-tube furnace indicate that the combustion of vitriniteis faster than that of inertinte and this maceral effects occur majorly in the latter period ofthe combustion.
