摘    要:研究了用PAN基中空纤维膜为基质制备气体分离用中空纤维炭膜的过程。考察了添加剂PVP对炭膜的H2,N2气体渗透速率,分离系九和柔韧性的影响。同时,研究了用丙烯腈共聚物对中空纤维炭膜涂覆改性后H2,N2气体的渗透速率和分离系数。

Abstract:This paper presents astudy of aprocess for preparing PAN based hollowfibercarbon membrane for gases seperation The influences of PVP addition and coatingpolymeron permeatino rates seperation factor of H 2 and N 2 ,and the flexibility of the carbonmembraneare discussed The results show that the surface holes of the precursor membranebecomedensification when the amount of additive of PVP reached4%(w%),and the flexi bilityof the carbon membrane improves and the curvature radius of the carbon membranereachto25mm Simultaneously,the permeation rates of H 2 and N 2 decreases with reverseproportion to the addition of PVP,but the seperation factor of H 2 and N 2increases AftercoatingAN copolymer on the outer surface of the membrane by adrying method,the sepera tionfactor of H 2 and N 2 reaches to 4 9 The surface and cross sections of the carbon mem braneis studied with SEM
