含硫化合物热解规律的研究

摘    要:选择丁硫醚、叔丁硫醚、四氢噻吩、乙基苯基硫醚作为模型化合物,在模拟 催化裂化微反装置上考察了含硫化合物热解规律,在热解过程中,烷基含硫化合物转化程度与硫醚烃基结构、反应条件有关。异构含硫化合物比正构含硫化合物容易转化,反应温度升高,转化程度增大,转化产物主要为硫化氢和硫醇,只有少量四氢噻吩发生转化,反应温度升高论程度增加,大部分乙基苯基硫醚发生转化,生成苯硫酚和少量硫化氢;反应温度升高,转化程度增加。含硫化合物热解可能是通过自由基历程进行的。

Abstract:The thermal cracking mechanism of sulfur-containing compounds was investigated in simulating fixed-bed catalytic cracking micro-unit using butyl sulfide, t-butyl sulfide, tetrahydrothiophene, ethyl phenyl sulfide as model sulfur-containing compounds During pyrolyse, the transformation extent of sulfur-containing compounds and the composition of products were associated with the structure of sulfur-containing compounds and reaction conditions The alkyl sulfide could be converted mostly, and the isomerical alkyl sulfide could be converted more easily than the normal alkyl sulfide The aryl sulfide could be converted partly and only a little of cyclic sulfur-containing compounds such as tetrahydrothiophene could be converted The transformation extent of sulfur-containing compounds increased with the rise of reaction temperature The main products were hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan for alkyl sulfide; thiophene and hydrogen sulfide for tetrahydrothiophene; and thiophenol and hydrogen sulfide for ethyl phenyl sulfide The pyrolyse of sulfide may obey the free radical mechanism
