摘    要:首次在三相条件下,在Beta沸石催化剂上研究了苯酚与异丁烯烷基化合成对叔丁基苯酚和2,4-二叔丁基苯酚。通过对Hbeta沸石高温焙烧和吡啶中毒试验研究了烷基化反应活性和选择性的变化规律;用NH3-TPD和Py-IR测定了试样的酸量和酸种类,结果表明Hbeta沸石具有很好的烷基化活性,苯酚的转化率可达92%,经1123K焙烧后苯酚转化率为88%,对叔丁基苯酚和2,4-二叔丁基苯酚的选择性分别为70~75%和14~20%,中等强度的Brnsted酸是苯酚与异丁烯烷基化反应的活性中心。粘合剂含量低于30%对烷基化活性基本无影响

Abstract:The alkylation of phenol with isobutene to para BXtert -tutyl phenol ( p -TBP) and 2,4-di- tert -butyl phenol (2,4-DTBP) has been studied under ternary phase conditions over beta zeolite catalysts for the first time The influences of high temperature calcination and pyridine poisoning on the catalytic performance of beta zeolite were investigated, and the surface acidity of the catalysts was evaluated by means of NH3-TPD and Py-IR methods It revealed that fresh Hbeta zeolite exhibited high activity in the alkylation of phenol with isobutene After calcination at 1123K it decreased slightly, ie, phenol conversion changed from 92% to 88% for p -TBP and 2,4-DTBP selectivities of 6775% and 1520%, respectively High temperature calcination promoted the selective formation of 2,4-DTBP on the consumption of pBZ-TBP Adsorption of pyridine at low content (<3W%) resulted in little change of the phenol conversion and the product distribution, while at high content the selectivity of 2,4-DTBP kept steady but the phenol conversion and the selectivity of p -TBP decreased Medium strong Brnsted acid sites were active centers in the alkylation of phenol with isobutene, and the assistance of surface Lewis acid sites at a certain population enhanced the selectivities of p -TBP and 2,4-DTBP Bondant content with <30% (W) shew almost no effect on the conversion of phenol
