摘    要:在Φ4 8× 5 2 5mm小型流化床反应器中 ,于 4 5 0~ 75 0℃温度区间内 ,研究了氧化钙对煤温和气化产物半焦特性的影响。报道了在煤温和气化过程中添加氧化钙对所得半焦的工业分析、元素组成及热值的影响。采用等温吸附法研究了氧化钙对半焦孔结构和比表面积的影响 ,并给予了合理的解释。

Abstract:The properties of char from Shenmu bituminous coal in both presence and absence of calcium oxide were studied under atmospheric pressure and temperature range of 450℃~750℃ in a fluidized bed reactor. The proximate and ultimate analyses of chars are given. The carbon content increased and the oxygen content decreased with increasing pyrolysis temperature. The total sulfur in the char increased when pyrolyzed with calcium oxide by the formation of CaS. In the absence of calcium oxide, the mild gasification process began to change at the temperature of 650℃. When calcium oxide added, the mild gasification process didn't change in the temperature range of 450℃~750℃. Also the BET surface area and the morphology of char were characterized. And the char's BET surface area became greater when calcium oxide was added. The three reasons were explained.
