加压下中国典型煤二氧化碳气化反应的热重研究

摘    要:用TG-151加压热天平,测定了三种典型中国煤在二氧化碳气氛下的气化反应活性。结果表明,反应速率与温度的关系符合Arrhenius定律,同时反应速率随着压力的增加而增加,但是随着压力的增加,压力对反应速率的影响越来越小。用下式dx/dt=k0 Pco2/1 αPco2 exp(-Eα/(RT)(1-X)^n模拟实验曲线的结果表明,n值随着温度的升高而降低,随压力的增加而增大。

Abstract:Gasification experiments of three Chinese coals were performed in a pressurized thermogravimetric analyzer The reaction temperature ranged from 1?123?K to 1?223?K and pressure up to 2 0?MPa Effects of coal type, pressure and temperature on gasification process are discussed The reactivity order of three chars is found to be: Shenmu > Binxian >Wangfeng The gasification rate rises quickly with increasing pressure when pressure is less than 1 6?MPa However, pressure above 1 6?MPa does not lead to a significant increase in gasification rate Based on experimental data, an empirical correlation equation for gasification rate is derived as follows: d x d t=k 0P CO 2 1+aP CO 2 exp ( Ea/(RT))(1 x) n The calculated values of n can indicate the different stage characteristic of gasification at different temperatures and pressures
