摘    要:本文将双重孔模型应用于WB~2、B109变换催化剂多组分反应系统内扩散效率因子的计算,并与平行交联孔模型进行比较。对WB-2加压变换催化剂用双重孔模型计算,计算值与实验值相对偏差在3.86%~53.94%;对B109变换催化剂,计算值与实验值偏差在-28.24%~-3.31%。

Abstract:In this paper, the random pore model and the parallel cross -linked pore model have been used to calculate the effectiveness factors of WB- 2 and B109 high temperature shift catalysts. For WB - 2 catalyst, the relative deviations of calculated values from experimental data are between 3.86% and 53.94%, and those for B109 water shift catalyst are between -28.24 % and -3.31%, using the random pore model. With the parallel cross -linked pore model , the relative deviations are between - 20.88% and 11.59% for WB - 2 catalyst and between - 24.7% and 2.04% for B109 catalyst.
