煤与废塑料共焦化基础研究Ⅱ煤与塑料共热解的热行为

摘    要:利用高压热天平及高压微型膨胀仪分别考察了在氮气气氛下,添加塑料(PE、PP、PS)与八一焦煤共热解时其热失重行为及热塑性行为的变化。实验结果表明,塑料与焦煤共热解时,对焦煤的热失重行为无明显影响,而降低了其软化温度、固化温度、塑性区间以及膨胀体积等,从而降低了炼焦过程中的塑性

Abstract:Thermo-behaviors including thermogravity (TG) and thermoplasticity (TP) in co-pyrolysis of Bayi caking coal with PE, PP and PS were studied by pressurized thermobalance and high-pressure microdilatometer under nitrogen The results obtained indicate that the addition of plastics does not affect the TG behaviours significantly, but decrease thermoplasticity such as softening temperature, resolidification tempeature, plastic range and swelling volume
