Ni/丝光沸石覆盖物的特性

摘    要:采用蒸气相法合成了Ni/丝光沸石覆盖物,用XRD,SEM,电子能谱证明了合成的材料为丝光沸石包覆于金属镍粉表面成的复合物。用二甲本异构化探针反应和NH3-TPD考察了该包覆物的催化活性及酸性。结果表明,Ni/丝光沸石覆盖物具有良好的表面酸性,二甲苯异构化的活性均高于采用同样方法合成的Cr/丝光沸石覆盖物,间二甲苯异构化活性可以达到97%。

Abstract:Because of the nonfluidity in zeolite synthesis by the vapor phase method, an omnibearing zeolite is formed with zeolite film covering metal surface after metal or its alloy powder is mixed with amorphous gel Crystals of mordenite were successfully synthesized on metallic Ni surface by the vapor phase method The material has been characterized by XRD, SEM and microprobe analysis It is demonstracted that Ni/MOR is formed by coating film of zeolite MOR on Ni powder surface The acitivity and acidity of Ni/HMOR are examined by xyleneisomeritation and NH 3TPD The results show that this material has geed acidity Properties of xylene isomeritation are higher than Cr/HMOR zeolite The acitivity of mxylene can be up to 97 percent and the acitivity of oxylene can reach 98 7% with the suitable content of Ni metal
