混煤煤灰在加热过程中矿物质行为研究

摘    要:选用三种不同成分的高温灰,按不同比例进行混合,测定其熔融特性温度,并利用X-射线衍射分析法对混合灰样加热过程中矿物质行为进行了研究。结果表明,混煤煤灰熔融特性温度与混合比不成线性规律变化。高温作用下混合灰样的矿物质组成与CaO-Al2O3-SiO2三元系统相图中对应组分点处的矿物质组成基本一致,混煤煤灰熔融特性温度偏低,矿物质间存在低温共熔作用。

Abstract:In this paper, blended ash samples were prepared by mixing high temperature derived ashes from three coals in different ratios Fusion temperatures of the blended ashes and raw ashes were measured, and behavior of mineral matter in the blended ash during heating were observed by XRD The fusion temperature of the blended ash is not in linear relation with the ash mixing ratio, and the minerals in the blended ash are similar to those in the phase diagrams of the ternary systems CaOAl 2O 3SiO 2 The fusion temperature of the blended ash is lower than that of raw ash due to low temperature melting caused by the interaction of minerals
