烟气共存成分对微波辐照活性炭同时脱硫脱硝的影响研究

摘    要:研究了O2、CO2以及水蒸气等各种烟气共存成分对微波辐照活性炭脱硫脱硝的影响。实验结果表明,SO2对烟气脱硝有一定的抑制作用;烟气中水蒸气会抑制脱硫,低浓度水蒸气含量使脱硝效率上升,但高浓度水蒸气使脱硝效率下降;O2和CO2的存在可在一定程度上促进脱硫脱硝,但高浓度的O2和CO2会造成活性炭的损耗,从而抑制与脱硫和脱硝有关的还原反应。采用此方法可有效脱除烟气中SO2和NOx,其脱除效率均在90%以上。

Abstract:The influences of co-existing components including O2,CO2 and H2O in flue gas on simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification using microwave irradiation over activated carbon are mainly studied in this paper.The results show that SO2 inhibits the denitrification reaction on some extent.The water vapor in the flue gas has some inhibitory effect on desulfurization while accelerates the denitrification reaction.But once the moisture content is more than 9.0%,both the efficiencies of desulfurization and de...
