Abstract: | A soluble and thermally stable arylamine oligomer containing difluorenyl groups was prepared and applied to organic light‐emitting devices (OLEDs) as a hole injection layer. The oligomer layer was doped with a Lewis acid and formed by spin coating from the dichloroethane solution. The OLED with a structure of indium tin oxide (ITO)/Lewis‐acid‐doped arylamine oligomer/N,N′‐dinaphthyl‐N,N′‐diphenyl bendizine (α‐NPD)/tris(8‐quinolinolato)aluminum(III) (Alq3)/LiF/Al showed lower drive voltages and higher power efficiencies, compared with the devices without the hole injection oligomer layer.
