摘    要:利用化学气相沉积法制备TiO_2W薄膜,在光催化下降解苯酚溶液。研究结果表明,薄膜沉积条件与降解速率有关,且用硅片作底物,薄膜为锐态晶型时其降解苯酚速率最高。利用光电催化比只用光催化降解苯酚速率高约10%。用紫外光照射30分钟,苯酚最大可转化74%。

Abstract:The applicability of CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) TiO_2 thin films as the photoelectro-catalyst (PEC) and the photocatalyst (PC) for the treatment of aqueous phenol is studied. It is found that the conversion of phenol is related to the deposition conditions and the structure and thickness of the TiO_2 films. The maximum efficiency for decomposition of phenol is a phenol conversion of 74.8% obtained in 30 min. The films deposited on silicon substrate with a mixed structure of amorphous and crystalline anatase have higher photoelectrocatalytic activity than those deposited on glass substrate with an amorphous structure. The conversion of phenol by PEC is higher than that by PC.
